The main house is spacious and contains 4 bedrooms, plus a secondary living room that can be closed off with a pull out sofa bed. 
There is also a very sweet detached garden studio with a fold down queen bed, ensuite and kitchenette. Use this space as a bedroom or as a playroom for the kiddies. Lots of options, so much space!

Guest access

Guests will enjoy full access to the property, except for a few locked cupboards containing our personal belongings.

We have a high chair, prams, cots, books and toys that families are welcome to use.

On the same property but with its own separate driveway is a newly renovated cottage with lovely views, kitchen, living room and bedrooms with ensuite.

Coopers Shoot Villa

Four bedroom villa – North facing with huge glass everywhere to invite in the subtropical light. 

On arrival, an ancient gong is suspended over tumbling water. Through the sandstone archway, the first glimpse of the infinity edge pool. Giant Spanish doors slide open to the pool’s beach entry and garden vista. 

Throughout the villa humble materials have been sourced from around the globe, recycled, salvaged and re-imagined, fusing art and function. 

The villa resides on five landscaped acres with wild ducks on the lake and alpacas in the paddock. Past the Bougainvillea bower, a meandering boardwalk through the rainforest arrives at a thatched pavilion poised over the lake. 

So secluded, yet only twelve minutes from Byron Bay’s fabulous beaches, ten from Killen waterfall and two from the famous Harvest Café in the little hamlet of Newrybar.

Coopers Shoot House

Two Bedroom House with stone fireplace, and glass walls which bi-fold open to allow the North light to stream in. The inside flows out to spa jet pool tiled a deep sapphire.

Upstairs the romantic bedroom with cathedral ceilings, and four poster bed handcrafted with recycled timber.
The terrazzo spa bath is in the bedroom and opens to a courtyard shower and sandstone bathroom with eclectic African bowl basins.
